Top Scientologist charged with perverting justice - Again
The infamous Jan Eastgate aka Jan Meyers, executive director of the Church of Scientology front group Citizens Commission on Human Rights, is once again in the news, being charged a second time for her crimes related to talking a child and her mother into not going to the authorities to report a scientologist relative who sexually abused the child.
While the wheels of justice turn slowly, they are headed in the right direction. Even though Meyers was ok'd to be in the USA, she failed to appear as required for the hearing today on the first charge. Perhaps she knew there was to be a second charge.... In any event, charged in absentia, she's in hot water and will have to appear eventually. Let us hope the USA extradites her as soon as possible. Here's the latest on that hearing.

EMMA ALBERICI, PRESENTER: One of the Church of Scientology's senior international figures, Jan Eastgate, has been charged for a second time in Sydney today.
Last year, Ms Eastgate was charged with perverting the course of justice in relation to allegations that she coached an 11-year-old girl to lie to police and community services about the sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of her Scientologist stepfather.
The allegations were raised publicly for the first time on Lateline in 2010.
Today, she was charged with another offence relating to perverting the course of justice.
Ms Eastgate is the international president of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights, an organisation founded by the Church of Scientology. She was awarded the Church's Freedom Medal for promoting human rights in 1988.
Jan Eastgate is due to appear at a committal hearing at Sydney's Downing Centre on May 15. She has yet to enter a plea.

Janice Meyer aka Jan Eastgate, Scientology Official, Arrested in Australia for Covering Up Sexual Abuse Claims
Janice Meyer aka Jan Eastgate, high level Scientology Official, Arrested in Australia for Covering Up Sexual Abuse Claims
A senior figure in the Church of Scientology, Eastgate Meyer appeared in a Sydney court accused of perverting the course of justice in 1985 by encouraging and coaching a child and her mother to not report sexual abuse by the stepfather who was a scientologist at the time.
Eastgate, being ineligible for Scientology services because of her mental health history, chose to help promote Scientology's anti-psychiatry front group, Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR),as a way of trying to prove her loyalty to the cult. That loyalty extended to helping the cult cover up atrocities like the one she is charged with trying to pervert the justice of.
Today Tonight - 2011-05-30 - Jan Eastgate arrested. Who is she and why is she charged?

THE WAR: UNDERSTANDING AND CONFRONTING SCIENTOLOGY’S EFFORTS TO DESTROY PSYCHIATRY
CCHR was founded by the Church of Scientology and is based on the delusions and paranoia of L. Ron Hubbard and his hatred of psychiatry.
Stephen R Wiseman, M.D. is one of the most prominent mental health professionals in North America taking on the task of researching and publicly discussing the connection between L. Ron Hubbard, Scientology and it's attacks on the mental health industry.
From the notes of YouTube channel sKepptiksowat:
"Dr. Stephen R. Wiseman is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia, and Consultant Psychiatrist at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, BC. For a number of years he has been researching Scientology, its inventor L. Ron Hubbard, and the organization's anti-psychiatry arm, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights This is his first public talk about Scientology's war on Psychiatry, given at Vancouver's annual "Skepticamp" at UBC on March 20, 2010, and is of monumental significance in this long conflict."

Back in May 2011, The American Psychiatric Association Annusl Conference included the educational seminar titled
"THE WAR: UNDERSTANDING AND CONFRONTING SCIENTOLOGY’S EFFORTS TO DESTROY PSYCHIATRY "
Chairperson.: Stephen R Wiseman, M.D., Department of Psychiatry, St. Paul’s Hospital, 1081 Burrard Street, Vancouver, V6Z1Y6 Canada,
Presenter(s): Stephen Wiseman, M.D., Nancy Many, B.S., C Lynn Partridge, M.D., Stephen Kent, M.A., Ph.D.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to:
1) Understand Scientology’s development and nature as a New Religion;
2) Appreciate the historical development of, and reasons for, Scientology’s opposition to the practice of psychiatry;
3) Identify some of Scientology’s current methods of opposing and stigmatizing psychiatric treatment; and
4) Appreciate the experience of mental illness and how it is handled from within Scientology.
SUMMARY:
L. Ron Hubbard published “Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health” in 1950, prior to then developing Scientology and registering it as a religion in 19534[sic]. During this time, he referred to psychiatry as a potential rival but not an enemy to be demonized and destroyed. This suddenly changed in 1955, however, and since this time, Scientology has been vociferously opposed to psychiatry to the degree of advocating for, and actively working towards, its entire destruction as a system of treatment. Today, both psychiatrists and the public alike are surprised by the degree of influence Scientology and its various affiliates have had, and continue to have, on antipsychiatry initiatives.
Utilizing sophisticated propaganda techniques to disseminate apparently legitimate criticisms of psychiatric practice, Scientology has supported and paved the way for more comprehensive and damaging attacks on the profession using legal and political methods. Any understanding of the ongoing stigma against psychiatry, its practice, and by extension those in need of psychiatric treatment, is entirely incomplete without an appreciation of the major role Scientology has played over the years in its perpetuation. This workshop explores the relationship between Scientology and psychiatry by commencing with an academically oriented discussion of the nature and internal mechanisms of new religions and cults in general and Scientology in specific. A detailed history of Scientology’s opposition to psychiatry, with specific ideas as to how and why this was triggered, is then presented.
Thirdly, Scientology’s current propaganda, legal, and political efforts to destroy psychiatry are reviewed, along with examples of how these have in fact had a stigmatizing influence. Finally, a personal testimony of Scientology’s teachings, and a struggle against mental illness from within the Church, is presented by a prominent ex-member who has also published her story in the book “My Billion Year Contract”. This will be a controversial workshop, in that it will be the first presentation of its kind in North America to address this issue directly.
Traditionally, the concern of legal action or even personal retribution against those who would speak out against Scientology’s antipsychiatry practices has been enough to preclude any such workshop as this until now.

Scientology Infiltrates Parent Teachers Association
This is outrageous! The notorious Scientology criminals are trying to infiltrate the PTA -- the Parents Teachers Association! Scientology... The criminal enterprise that attempted to disrupt relief efforts in New York in the aftermath of the September 11'th terrorist attacks, the same cult that has started claiming that the mental health industry is responsible for September 11'th.
Get a load of this:
The Scientology crooks will try to sneak in under their fake name "Citizens Commission on Human Rights" and no where will the insane crooks mention the fact that they are actually Scientology!

Why Tom Cruise Is Insane: Blame Scientology
Why Tom Cruise Is Insane: Blame Scientology
The freakishly bizarre antic of Tom Cruise (View Video here and another Here) have their roots in the notoriously criminal Scientology Corporation's highly debilitative "auditing" and 'Training Routines' which Scientology subjects its customers to, a process specifically designed to turn people's minds in to pudding solely to make them pliable enough to endlessly hand their money over to the criminal enterprise without question.
In Carl Sagan's book Demon-Haunted World Sagan wrote that Scientology's conman messiah L. Ron Hubbard had developed a written procedure for driving people insane, and the antics of Tom Cruise, Kirsty Alley, and to a lesser degree John Travolta - not to mention numerous glass-eyed robotic cult followers in Clearwater, Florida, and Los Angeles, California - it would appear that Sagan was completely correct.
While Scientology undeniably drives some of its customers absolutely insane, the origins of that insanity rest with L. Ron Hubbard, a man so ponderously driven by drugs, alcohol, and sexual problems that his insanity continues to be perpetuated among Scientology's ringleaders, crime bosses, and customers.
This is why the notoriously criminal Scientology Corporation hates the mental health industry so much. L. Ron Hubbard was profoundly insane, ending his life screaming about invisible murdered space aliens that infested him which he called Body Thetans, part of the endless bait-and-switch bunko frauds that Scientology sells to its customers.
The Scientology Corporation's core criminality driven by Hubbard's mental problems resulted in Scientology creating another one of their seemingly endless fake fronts, this one called their 'Citizens Commission on Human Rights', a name that's rather ironic given the criminal enterprise's massive human rights and civil rights violations involving their Rehabilitation Project Force prison system for its customers who attempt to flee.
We look at Tom Cruise on the movie screen and what we see isn't an actor attempting to play a role but a profoundly insane cultist, a cultist whose notorious lunacy has virtually ruined his career. But the origins of what has made Tom Cruise what he is today, the origins of the criminal enterprise's fake front 'CCHR,' everything started with the profound insanity of L. Ron Hubbard, a man who fled Federal prosecution for his racketeering, domestic espionage, blackmail, extortion, kidnapping, money laundering, forging bomb threats et al. which culminated in the Operation Snow White Federal indictments, an operation which Scientology continues to commit against society today.
Don't blame Tom Cruise for his insanity. Blame L. Ron Hubbard.
